Dr. Bedikian earned his undergraduate degree in nutrition and food science from Wayne State University in 2003 and his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2007. Following dental school, Dr. Bedikian committed his training to general practice residency at the Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ.
Notably, he earned his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a prestigious level achieved by exceeding the recommended amount of continued education. Only 6% of dentists become fellows. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, and the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Bedikian is dedicated to providing his patients with the most up-to-date dental care. He keeps up with the latest dental technologies by attending continuing education courses. His philosophy is to provide his patients with comprehensive care to achieve optimal oral health in a gentle and comfortable manner.
In his spare time, Dr. Bedikian loves spending time with his family, playing hockey, traveling, playing chess, and is an avid moviegoer.
Hi, I’m Cassidy! I joined the dental field at Sincere Smiles Dental in May 2022, and I’ve loved being part of a team that helps patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. As both a dental assistant and front desk receptionist, I enjoy wearing many hats and helping our office run smoothly from behind the scenes to the moment our patients walk through the door. One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to know our patients and creating a welcoming, positive experience for them. I believe a friendly smile and a little kindness can go a long way! When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me traveling, enjoying a concert, spending time with my friends and family, or simply relaxing. I love making the most of every opportunity, trying new things, and creating memories with the people I care about. I strive to give the best service to our patients, from our first interaction of a phone call, to greeting you with a coffee or water when you enter our office, all the way to resolving insurance issues to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients and the practice alike.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing husband Blake, whether it’s hiking in nature, going to concerts, or just enjoying a night relaxing at home. I also love cooking for my family—nothing beats sharing a home-cooked meal. I'm a proud dog mom to my lively pup, Chevy, who always keeps things interesting!

With more than 16 years of experience in dental hygiene, I bring exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for periodontal health to every patient I serve. My extensive knowledge and caring approach to dentistry allow me to provide personalized, comprehensive care focused on my patients’ overall health and wellness. I take the time to build meaningful relationships with each patient, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their treatment. My gentle and understanding nature, combined with my dedication to patient education, allows me to empower my patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their individual oral health. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dave, and our seven children. Hi, I’m Darlene! I’ve been working in dentistry for 30 years, with 10 years of experience as a dental assistant and more than 20 years as a dental hygienist. I truly love helping people achieve healthy, confident smiles. One of my favorite parts of my profession is getting to know my patients and making each visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to develop extensive experience in patient care and build lasting relationships with the people I serve. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, spending time with my wonderful grandchildren, or tending to my garden. I believe that a warm smile and a caring approach can make all the difference in creating a positive dental experience. I’m Mackenzie! I’ve been assisting since 2021 after graduating high school and I’m currently in school working toward becoming a dental hygienist. I’m a big animal lover with two cats at home, and when I’m not in the office or studying, you can usually find me curled up with a good fantasy book.
